Accommodation

Rosemount House is a beautiful French – Style Bed & Breakfast with four very comfortable double bedrooms and a breakfast catered for your needs. Take full advantage of this venue and simply relax, read a book or take long naps to recharge your batteries.

Physiotherapy

The Retreat includes three 60min Physiotherapy session with your Chartered Physiotherapist Deborah Fernandes, MISCP. After a consultation Deborah will decide which treatments are best for you. Treatments may include:

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
  • Pressotherapy
  • Scar Tissue Rehabilitation
  • Visceral work
  • Massage

Pink Pilates

Each day will include a morning and evening exercise class based on Pilates and Yoga exercises expertly modified to accommodate any restriction from surgery or scar tissue. The morning class includes mobility and strengthening class with focus on your Posture and Breathing. The evening class is more relaxed, focusing on stretching the muscles, releasing tension while preparing the mind and body for a good night sleep.

Pamper

One pampering mini-facial is included with this Retreat. Organic products combined with a facial lymphatic drainage will leave your skin supple, nourished and your mind soothed.

Meals

A nourishing Breakfast is included in the Retreat, but the rest of Meals are not included.
Wexford has so much to offer with great restaurants that cater for all requirements: Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten and Wheat free, etc.
In the clinic, we will have fresh juices or smoothies, and herbal teas available throughout the day.

Extra Activities

Weather permitting, we can enjoy long walks at the nearby beaches of Curracloe, Rosslare or Kilmore Quay.
Outdoor Pilates classes can also be run in the adjacent Redmond Park.
